Job Overview
The Claims Technical Analyst at TEKsystems is responsible for pulling reporting, reviewing rejected claims, and assisting in the reprocessing efforts. This role acts as an intermediary between specialist and analyst, providing support to those performing full analyst duties. Over time, there is potential to transition more into a full analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and analyze claims reporting data
- Review and research rejected claims
- Assist in reprocessing work as needed
- Support the analyst team in daily tasks
- Progress from claims processing to QA and research
Skills and Qualifications
Required technical skills include Claims Analyst, CapRX, RxClaims, PBM, research, reprocessing, and medical terminology. A minimum of 2+ years with health insurance or PBM claims is preferred, with a high school diploma/GED required and an Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Available benefits (if eligible) include:
