What You’ll Do
As the Senior Customer Advocacy & Community Manager, you will:
- Design and build a sustainable customer advocacy program.
- Create a tiered loyalty framework to recognize power users.
- Develop engaging customer communications and style guides.
- Analyze customer data to boost retention and expansion.
- Capture and curate authentic customer success stories.
- Drive customer referrals through structured programs.
- Channel customer feedback to Product and CX teams.
- Set and measure north-star metrics for advocacy and retention.
What You’ll Bring
You will have over 5 years of experience in customer marketing, community building, or customer advocacy within high-growth SaaS or related industries. You are customer-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced in building initiatives with a small team. Strong communication skills, familiarity with marketing technologies, and an ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
