The Role

We are creating a unique hybrid role of Sales Operations Manager - AI Enablement to structure our commercial operations while driving the AI transformation of our entire GTM chain (marketing, sales, customer success).

Main Mission

You will be responsible for the operational performance of TEHTRIS's commercial system. You will structure, tool, and pilot sales processes, while also being the architect of AI integration at every stage of the revenue cycle: from lead generation to customer expansion. Your dual Sales Ops + AI Enabler role positions you as a key transversal player between Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and Product teams.

Responsibilities – Sales Operations

  • Sales Performance Management
    • Define and monitor key KPIs: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, pipeline coverage, conversion rate, sales cycle, CAC, LTV.
    • Produce dashboards, weekly reports, and QBRs (forecast, board reports, COMEX reviews).
    • Analyze performance by segment, region, channel, and product; propose corrective actions.
    • Structure the monthly and quarterly forecast process; lead governance meetings by region.
    • Define territories, quotas, and account plans; participate in pricing and discount policies.
    • Perform scenario analyses to support revenue predictability.
  • Commercial Processes and Tools
    • Define, document, and evolve sales processes (lead management, qualification).
    • Administer the Salesforce CRM and ensure data quality (audits, deduplication, enrichment).
    • Optimize the commercial stack.
    • Administer commission and incentive plans.
    • Validate deals, synchronize results with Finance.
    • Communicate quarterly results and ensure transparency.
  • Enablement and Onboarding
    • Coordinate onboarding and continuous training for sales professionals (playbooks, pitch decks, best practices).
    • Manage tool access, permissions, and Salesforce configuration for new hires.
    • Document and manage transitions during departures.

Responsibilities – AI Enablement (GTM)

This is where the role differentiates itself. You will drive the adoption of AI across all Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success processes.

  • AI Strategy and Governance
    • Define the AI integration roadmap into GTM workflows in collaboration with the CRO.
    • Identify, evaluate, deploy, and integrate relevant AI solutions.
    • Establish an AI governance framework: best practices, prompts, data security, compliance (a critical subject at TEHTRIS).
    • Implement AI assistance for forecasting (pattern analysis, close rate predictions).
    • Create intelligent automation workflows.
    • Set up predictive churn alerts based on usage and sentiment signal analysis.
    • Automate customer reporting and upsell/cross-sell recommendations via AI.
    • Train all GTM teams on the use of AI tools (prompt engineering, workflows, specific tools).
    • Create AI playbooks: best practice guides, prompt templates, use cases by role.
    • Measure and monitor AI adoption (usage rates, productivity gains, ROI of initiatives).
    • Continuously monitor AI innovations applied to SaaS GTM.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial FP&A in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating AI tools into business workflows.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools: Claude (prompt engineering).
