About the Role
Join the Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Team at tecRacer Germany GmbH, where collaboration, openness, and a flat hierarchy drive success. The (Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant will work closely with customers to design, implement, and optimize complex Amazon Connect environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze use cases for Amazon Connect solutions.
- Design and implement custom IVR flows, routing strategies, and agent dashboards.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB) and CRM systems.
- Configure reporting and analytics for real-time and historical data.
- Conduct customer workshops, trainings, and prepare test and roll-out plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high quality customer solutions.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience implementing Contact Center solutions, preferably with Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge in IVR systems, routing strategies, and agent workflows.
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, GenAI, or Conversational AI.
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
- Experience with CTI integrations and API connections.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel for customer projects.
- Background in MINT fields or equivalent IT experience.
