What are we looking for?
- A Space Area Manager with at least 8 years of experience.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Master's degree.

Requirements:
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Solid experience in project management within the space and/or defence sector.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- High level of English (minimum B2/C1) – regular technical and business interaction with international clients.
- Highly valued intermediate level of Spanish (B2).
What will your responsibilities be?
- Leading, coordinating, and developing a highly specialized space team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Overseeing end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, milestones, budget control, risk management, and delivery to customers.
- Acting as a key interface with clients during project execution, ensuring transparency, quality, and long‑term relationships.
- Identifying synergies between projects within the area and across other business units to maximize efficiency and innovation.
- Supervising proposal preparation, with a strong focus on scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation, and execution viability.
- Ensuring clear, efficient, and effective communication within the area and with key internal stakeholders.
