How You'll Work
This role offers unparalleled flexibility with no minimum hours or fixed commitments. You can choose to engage in one or multiple of the following ways:
- AI Network Recommendations: Turn your LinkedIn network into revenue. Upload your network, and our AI will match your contacts to live roles. You make warm introductions and can earn approximately $5K per hire.
- Projects (Manual Referrals): Make high-signal, curated introductions for live roles and refer strong candidates. Earn approximately $5K per hire.
- Screening Interviews: Monetize your judgment by running structured interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation. Earn $1.5K–$3K per hire.
- Outreach: Let AI support your outbound efforts. AI messages candidates, and you step in when they reply. This requires approximately 1 hour per week and can earn $1.5K–$3K per hire.
