Job Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate and deliver website initiatives from kickoff through launch.
  • Website Management: Oversee site health including content updates and performance monitoring.
  • Product Launches: Lead digital rollout of new products ensuring accuracy and timely go-live.
  • Website Enhancements: Implement updates, features and UX improvements in collaboration with teams.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Execution & QA: Support testing and smooth deployment of website changes.
  • Project Planning: Develop timelines and update project trackers with clear progress reports.
  • Content Oversight: Ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Track KPIs and recommend improvements for site performance.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital or website project management.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Teamwork.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
