About the mission we offer you:
Join our Digital Section (Project Information & Tools) within the Lyon / Villeurbanne Operating Center to support the development of project reporting for Engineering disciplines.
You will contribute to the evolution of the Project Portal reporting (dashboards, KPIs, data quality) to help Engineering disciplines better monitor project performance and make informed decisions.
Your missions:
- Collect, clean and consolidate project data feeding the Project Portal reporting.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs for Engineering disciplines.
- Facilitate discussions with Engineering disciplines to discuss, define and assess reporting needs (workshops, requirement gathering, scoping and prioritization), then translate those needs into data and KPI requirements.
- Contribute to the reporting data model and documentation (data dictionary, KPI definitions, user guides).
- Automate data refresh and implement controls to improve reporting reliability, traceability and timeliness.
- Support users: provide support, deliver training, contribute to change management, collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and syntheses to help Engineering teams monitor progress and identify risks / opportunities.

About you:

- You are studying for a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Data / Business Analytics, Digital Transformation or a related field.
- You are comfortable working with data (preparation, validation, reconciliation) and delivering insights.
- You can communicate with non-technical stakeholders and facilitate scoping workshops.
- You have hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX is a plus).
- Python proficiency is required (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib or equivalent visualization libraries).
- Knowledge of SQL is appreciated.
- Power Apps / Power Automate is a plus.
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You have strong communication skills and an analytical and synthesis mindset.
- You enjoy teamwork and you are curious.
- You are fluent in French and you have a good level of English.
