  • Support in optimizing internal processes (e.g., registration procedures).
  • Collaboration with colleagues in the Center for Study and Teaching at TUM as well as all other relevant TUM departments (Public Relations, Finance, Study Management, etc.).

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in Marketing, Communication, Media Management, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager with a focus on customer acquisition and management (including CRM tools), process optimization, and marketing of new projects.
  • German (native speaker or business fluent), English (fluent in spoken and written).
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm for customer acquisition, structured organizational skills, independent work with a willingness to shape and create.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and empathy.

What We Offer

  • A responsible position in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment at one of Europe's most renowned universities – with a startup-like atmosphere.
  • The opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas and concepts.
  • Further training opportunities: participation in specialist workshops and seminars.
