- Support Infrastructure Operations: Maintain and support on-premises, virtual, network, and cloud infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and reliable operations.
- Support System Performance & Security: Optimize system performance, security controls, and identity management through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and remediation.
- Support Data Protection & Recovery: Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and IT asset records to protect organizational data and support system resiliency.
- Support Maintenance & Deployments: Coordinate system updates, maintenance activities, and hardware/software deployments while minimizing business disruption.
- Support Incident Response & Escalation: Provide escalation and on-call support to address urgent technical issues and maintain system availability.

- Experience: 5 years' experience in system/network administration, with previous experience using VMware.
- Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server environments, VMware, Active Directory, Azure AD, and storage infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and under time constraints.
- Skilled in scheduling maintenance, organizing disaster recovery processes, and managing deployments.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Knowledge of accurate documentation and adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
- Ability to understand user needs and tailor solutions to operational requirements.
