HVAC Field Service Manager
TechFlow, Inc. is hiring an experienced commercial/industrial HVAC Technician with management/supervisory experience. This role is based at Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton, CA and offers a competitive salary, employer paid health benefits, and potential for an annual performance bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a small team of HVAC technicians.
- Perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and modernization of HVAC systems.
- Work on air-cooled chillers, pumps, water systems, and VRF systems.
- Test voltage on building system sensors/activators using a multi-meter.
- Utilize a torch for brazing and prepare work orders and materials estimates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal Refrigeration License and HVAC I course or equivalent.
- Experience with chillers and Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- U.S. citizenship to access military installations.
