About The Role

Tech Pipeline is a remote company of operators and fixers. We do not just deliver strategy frameworks or slide decks. Our job is to find exactly where the work is breaking and rebuild it so it stays fixed.

In this role, you will be a key part of the stabilization cycle. You will focus on the web-based tools that allow our clients to interact with their data. This is not about building flashy marketing sites; it is about building functional, durable interfaces that remove manual friction. You will work alongside our team to translate complex operational requirements into simple, reliable web components that help businesses return to a steady state.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain internal web tools that replace disorganized spreadsheets and manual data entry.
• Build and refine frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Connect frontend interfaces to various APIs to help data flow correctly between ERP and CRM systems.
• Assist in rewriting logic for client-facing dashboards so that reporting is accurate and updated in real time.
• Collaborate with our operations specialists to understand how a specific workflow is broken before writing the code to fix it.
• Create clear documentation for the tools you build so that they can be easily maintained long after the initial setup.
• Test and debug new features to ensure they hold up under the weight of real-world business operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Some experience or familiarity with a frontend framework like React, Vue, or similar.
• A logical approach to problem solving and a genuine interest in how things work under the hood.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to the accuracy of data displayed on a screen.
• The ability to explain technical concepts to teammates who might not be developers.
• A preference for building tools that are practical and reliable over those that are merely trendy.
• A high level of organization and the ability to manage your own tasks in a remote environment.
