We are seeking motivated and aspiring Software Engineers to join our growing consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals who are passionate about software development, technology, and building scalable software solutions. Candidates should have a strong programming foundation and a willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and software components.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development standards.
- Work with databases and write SQL queries to support application functionality.
- Utilize Git or other version control systems for source code management.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications across development, testing, and production environments.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and other development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–4 years of professional experience in software development, programming, or a related technical role.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: **Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Kotlin, or similar programming languages**.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different client environments and project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to **Atlanta, GA** for the paid training program and travel or relocate as required for client engagements across the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic, or personal projects involving software development or programming.
- Familiarity with software development frameworks such as **Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Django, Flask**, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and DevOps concepts.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated software testing.
- Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based operating systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, or distributed systems is a plus.
