Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level React Native Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or developers with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
As a React Native Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, designers, and product teams to develop, test, and maintain mobile applications while gaining hands-on experience with modern development tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable JavaScript/TypeScript code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Test applications to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Stay updated with React Native and mobile development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-4 years of experience in React Native or mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and basic knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React Native components, hooks, and state management.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React.js.
- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Basic understanding of Android Studio and Xcode.
- Experience with Firebase or other backend services.
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for Android and iOS.
- Exposure to Expo, React Navigation, or Axios is a plus.
