Job Description
The Opportunity
Elite sports organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa are transforming athlete development, and as a Product Success Manager - EMEA at Teamworks, you will be at the center of it. You will partner with prestigious football clubs and Olympic committees to revolutionize athlete management, training optimization, and performance analytics with our Performance ecosystem.
This role involves owning the entire lifecycle of our Performance ecosystem, including onboarding clients on our Athlete Management System (AMS), Strength & Conditioning, and Nutrition platforms. You will be the trusted advisor for around 15-25 elite sporting organizations, guiding them through complex data integration, workflow optimization, and strategic performance insights.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding and implementation of the Teamworks Performance ecosystem for new clients.
- Build and administer AMS platforms tailored to elite sports operations.
- Act as subject matter expert, communicating technical and non-technical capabilities.
- Lead project management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and needs analysis.
- Design and deliver training programs to transform performance staff into power users.
- Facilitate complex data integration from diverse performance technologies.
- Support platform success through troubleshooting, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner strategically with performance directors and head coaches to optimize operations.
- Analyze performance data to drive better outcomes and reduce injury risk.
- Advocate internally to influence product development based on client feedback.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience with Athlete Management Systems is essential.
- Deep understanding of elite sports performance technologies and data integration.
- Background in sports science, strength & conditioning, physiotherapy or nutrition.
- Experience working in professional sporting organizations with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios across the EMEA region.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in various countries as needed.
