Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact
Lead and develop a team of Product Success Managers supporting North American Professional and Enterprise performance customers across Nutrition, AMS, and S&C platforms. Own the Performance workstream for NA Pro while driving execution and team priorities independently.
Partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering on cross-functional projects. Develop supervisory strategies aligning team performance with business goals and drive high-potential employee growth through coaching and mentoring.
- Articulate root causes of implementation challenges and define trade-offs.
- Design enablement frameworks, training programs, and best practices.
- Establish communication strategies for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Navigate complex team dynamics and organizational changes with strong leadership.
Player Profile - What You Bring
Extensive experience in high-performance sports environments with understanding of performance workflows across strength & conditioning, sports science, athletic training, and nutrition.
Proven leadership and team development in customer-facing roles such as implementation, customer success, or technical consulting within SaaS or sports technology. Solid technical foundation with knowledge of complex data integrations and technology ecosystems supporting athlete development.
