Role Overview

The Team Manager, Solution Engineering leads a high-performing, geographically distributed team of Solutions Engineers across the Americas. You will drive technical pre-sales excellence and strategic alignment with Sales and Business Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation and risk mitigation.
  • Act as the liaison with Sales and Business Leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Drive adoption of value-based selling frameworks like MEDDPICC and Solution Selling.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
  • Represent the team in executive-level customer and partner meetings.
  • Promote an inclusive, high-performance team culture with professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT environments including endpoint management, remote connectivity, SaaS, and DEX platforms.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed technical teams.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS applications like RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools.
  • Familiarity with digital employee experience (DEX) platforms and modern device management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for technology and continuous learning.
