About the Solutions Architect Role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Business Development to maintain roadmap for integrations.
  • Gain deep technical knowledge of third-party platforms (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Freshworks, Atlassian).
  • Design technical solutions based on business and product requirements.
  • Manage development vendors and oversee the release process.
  • Project manage technical deliverables and ensure smooth operations post release.
  • Act as subject matter expert and technical escalation point.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in software technical roles with enterprise application experience.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven track record in API/SDK integrations, mobile technologies and IoT/AR applications.
  • Strong background in technical project management and customer-facing roles.
  • Passion for cloud and enterprise applications with international travel capability.
