Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise & Demonstrations: Become an expert on TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio and deliver engaging demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
  • Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct discovery sessions, design customized solutions, and produce technical documentation.
  • POV/POC & Pilot Management: Lead pilot engagements, provide technical guidance, analyze results, and deliver recommendations.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with sales, respond to RFx, and coordinate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting. Deep knowledge of enterprise IT environments, SaaS applications, APIs, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills are a must. Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and willingness to travel up to 30%.
