Role Overview
The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer - IT & DEX Solutions is responsible for demonstrating technical expertise, conducting discovery sessions, and designing tailored solutions. You will lead proof of value engagements and collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise & Demonstrations: Become a subject matter expert on TeamViewer’s IT and DEX product portfolio and deliver engaging demonstrations, workshops, and webinars.
- Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct discovery sessions, design customized solutions, and develop technical documentation including SOWs.
- POV/POC & Pilot Management: Lead POV/POC engagements, provide technical guidance, analyze results, and offer recommendations.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, respond to RFx, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings and provide feedback to influence product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
- Experience with SaaS applications (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability) and hands-on work with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
