Job Objective

The DEX platform finds and resolves IT issues before users are affected. The vision is to become the unified endpoint management solution for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team for DEX web solutions across Cloud and On-Prem.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align the team’s product roadmap.
  • Review and refine Product Backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work with stakeholders to finalize prioritized Sprint Backlog.
  • Oversee the entire service lifecycle including design, development, testing, and operations.
  • Continuously improve product delivery processes and quality.
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring their professional development.
  • Apply technical best practices and secure SDLC principles.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a Team Lead role.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and high-pressure environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of software lifecycle, coding standards, and technical best practices.
  • Familiarity with docker, kafka, databricks, ADO pipelines or Azure services is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
