Sponsorship Success Specialist at TeamSnap

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to help execute and scale the supply side of our business! As part of our growing team, you will execute sponsorships at scale on behalf of our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with thousands of sports organizations across the country to make our sponsorships happen in real life.
This role will specialize in Sponsorship Success, which is responsible for project managing sponsor campaigns, managing relationships with sports organization partners, and onboarding the best sports organization partners to our sponsorship campaigns.
The right person for this role is someone who can strategically manage projects and relationships, while executing a variety of sponsorship tasks with many league partners at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Project manage and execute campaign projects and tasks in order to support our sponsors’ goals
- Support sports org onboarding for sponsor campaigns and help facilitate our matchmaking process. Manage prospecting with predominantly low-tier and mid-tier clients. Assigned a league and campaign load seasonally based on book of business
- Work cross functionally with client success and operations teams to ensure a great experience for both sponsors and sports organizations partners
- Support our sports organization partners with superior customer service in order to keep them on track with their sponsorships, engaged with the platform, and delivering value to our sponsors
- Manage, develop, support and improve day-to-day operational processes including coordinating sponsor event operations, professional photography for client campaigns, survey significance, overdue sponsorships management, and more
- Achieve team and individual KPIs related to client renewal rate, event satisfaction, overdue verification percentage, and sports organization net promoter score

Compensation & Location:
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $48,600, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
