The Opportunity

What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio through your network and industry connections
- Source and secure hotel contracts for meetings, retreats, and offsites
- Guide clients through sourcing, negotiation, and contracting
- Leverage TeamOut's proprietary tools to send RFPs globally
- Collaborate with internal experts for planning and production services
- Expand revenue through premium event and production offerings
You focus on relationships and closing. We handle billing, commission collection, legal review, tools, and operational support.
Compensation:
Performance-based compensation designed to reward strong business development and long-term client relationships. Unlimited earning potential with no cap. Full details are shared during the interview process.
