Job Summary

The Low Voltage Project Manager will lead commercial construction projects from planning to completion. This role requires managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining quality and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead project kickoff meetings and define schedules
  • Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and teams
  • Manage multi-million dollar project budgets
  • Oversee materials ordering and staging
  • Direct manpower planning and team management
  • Handle change orders and maintain documentation
  • Conduct project closeout, training, and post-review sessions

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ project management experience, including leadership and training
  • Knowledge in construction technology, electronics integration, scheduling, and equipment methods
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Preferred Experience

  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • PMP certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000/year

  • 401K with 50% employer match up to first 4%
