TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and during school holidays.

Job Overview

This permanent opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You will be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager. The service is centrally located and close to public transport links, set in a small service with a great local community and a beautiful dedicated space.

Work Schedule

  • BSC: 7:00am-9:00am
  • ASC: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Admin: Flexible hours from home
  • Total: 33 hours per week, split shifts Monday to Friday

The Role

As a Director of Service, commonly known as a Coordinator, you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program. Your responsibilities include planning engaging activities, supervising children, managing compliance and medical documentation, and fostering genuine relationships with children, families, and the local school community.

  • Build lasting relationships with schools and community members.
  • Innovate and plan creative, enriching activities daily.
  • Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
  • Manage service compliance and keep accurate documentation.

  • A natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a childlike enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Holds or is working towards a relevant Diploma as per ACECQA standards.
