Job Overview

The TeamKids Childcare Coordinator, also known as Director of Service, leads a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong community relationships.

About TeamKids

TeamKids is Australia’s premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). They excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school and during school holidays, with recognition through the ECEC Grant that provides an extra 10% on top of award wages for their dedicated educators.

Role Details

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible admin hours that can be worked from home between service times. Service location is Croydon Park, NSW 2133 with split shifts from Monday to Friday (7:00am - 9:00am, 2:00pm - 6:00pm, plus 8 hours admin).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure a safe, engaging environment.
  • Plan and execute enriching activities for primary-aged children.
  • Maintain compliance and manage service documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with school and local community.
  • Mentor educators while overseeing rostering and daily operations.
