Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Mount Annan NSW 2567

Service Specific: Service is located in the school hall and is a pack up, pack down service. Consistent team of permanent full time 2IC, permanent and casual educators

You’ll Work Across Split Shifts, Monday To Friday

  • Before school care: 6.30am-8.45am
  • After school care: 1.40pm-6.30pm
  • Admin: 2.58 hours (flexible, work from home option)

Total: 38 hours per week

As an OSHC / Childcare Coordinator (commonly known as a Director of Service), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
