Required Qualifications

Proven interest in digital marketing or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as engagement and conversions.
• Create and optimize content including social media posts, blog articles, and emails.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Support maintenance of marketing databases and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to coordinate initiatives.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Skill Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of CMS, CRM, and SEO principles.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

• Modern computer with at least Intel i5 or equivalent and 8GB RAM.
• High-resolution monitor (1080p) for detailed analytics.
• Stable and fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with backup measures.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace with backup power solutions.
