Overview
The Business Operations Lead is central to Team8's go-to-market engine, combining strategic planning, process optimization, and executive support. This hybrid role requires a tech-savvy, analytical, and organized operator who collaborates closely with business development leadership.
What You'll Do
Revenue & GTM Operations (40%)
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve the full business development lifecycle.
- Tech Stack Management: Oversee CRM, sales engagement platforms, and data tools.
- GTM Vendor Management: Manage approved vendor relationships for best-in-class services.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and provide insights on pipeline and performance.
- Sales Enablement: Supply tools, content, and a central resource repository.
Chief of Staff & Strategic Initiatives (30%)
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership on key initiatives and data-driven recommendations.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Communication: Act as liaison across business development, pod, and platform teams.
- Meeting & Offsite Facilitation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and drive follow-up actions.
Executive Support (30%)
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage executive calendars and prioritize meetings.
- Inbound Delegations: Coordinate visits and prepare agendas for external engagements.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Gatekeeping: Triage inbound requests to maintain leadership focus.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in a combined strategic, operational, and administrative role ideally in revenue, sales, or business operations, with exposure to managing sales and marketing tech stacks.
Skills: Technical acumen with CRM and automation tools, data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, proactive initiative, and high discretion.
Personal Attributes: Adaptable, detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude.
