Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics looking for a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join us on a per-diem (PRN) basis.

Responsibilities

The primary focus is delivering excellent healthcare, ensuring patients achieve good outcomes and are satisfied with their therapy experience. Key tasks include:

  • Evaluating new patients, developing care plans, and setting measurable, functional goals.
  • Treating patients, addressing concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.

  • Determining patient discharge readiness.

  • Achieving a reasonable level of productivity (expected 55-60 treatments plus evaluations weekly for full-time therapists in an outpatient orthopedic setting).

  • Participating in clinic-supported research studies.
  • Committing to continuous professional development through company continuing education events and an allocated allowance for approved courses.
