Responsibilities

The primary focus is delivering excellent healthcare, ensuring patients achieve good outcomes and are satisfied with their therapy experience. Key tasks include:

Evaluating new patients, developing care plans, and setting measurable, functional goals.
Treating patients, addressing concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.
Supervising aides in specific duties.
Re-evaluating patient progress, revising care plans, and resetting goals.
Determining patient discharge readiness.
Writing timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, daily progress notes) within 72 hours of treatment.

Achieving a reasonable level of productivity (expected 55-60 treatments plus evaluations weekly for full-time therapists in an outpatient orthopedic setting).

Committing to continuous professional development through company continuing education events and an allocated allowance for approved courses.
