About The Role
Team Pumpkin is seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives for one of our key clients based out of Gurgaon. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client servicing, and execution excellence to drive impactful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies in collaboration with the client team.
- Lead stakeholders from initial kick-off meetings through implementation, ensuring seamless execution and building strong client trust.
- Develop medium to long-term strategies aligned with the brand’s growth objectives and vision.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights to shape effective brand campaigns.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and proactively identify solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports.
- Create and deliver impactful pitch presentations for new business opportunities.
- Drive external collaborations, including influencer partnerships and content sourcing for brand initiatives.
- Understand the client’s current business landscape and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in social media and brand management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in community management and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of risk management and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
