About the Role
The objective is to improve the user experience of digital platforms for a French media company by designing and optimizing clear, consistent, and user-centered microcopy.

Your Future Missions
- Improve user journeys in collaboration with Product Designers (UX/UI).
- Design and implement microcopy (buttons, messages, notifications, etc.).
- Apply and ensure the consistency of the brand's tone and voice across all platforms.
- Harmonize the user experience across different digital platforms.
- Contribute to UX writing documentation (style guide, Design System).
- Collaborate with product, design, legal, and communication teams.
- Participate in prioritizing actions related to UX content.
- Stay updated on best practices in UX writing and content design.
Your Future Team
You will join a design team within a major audiovisual group, working closely with a Lead UX Writer, Product Designers (UX/UI), and product/business teams. You will evolve in a collaborative, agile, and user experience-oriented environment.

Our Ideal Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Writing and/or Content Design.
- Experience in a product/digital environment within the media sector.
- Ability to improve user journeys with Product Design teams (UX/UI).
- Design and deployment of effective microcopy (guidance, errors, actions).
- Mastery of brand tone and voice, with a focus on cross-platform consistency.
- Contribution to a Design System (style guide, UX writing documentation).
- Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt style to context.
- Sensitivity to accessibility and UX best practices.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Background in journalism, copywriting, or UX design is a plus.
- Organized and rigorous, capable of working in a complex environment.
- Curious nature, enjoys discovering different sectors and work methods, and wishes to develop a strong sense of belonging with your company.
