Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process takes place in 3 steps:
Step 1: You will meet with a Mission Lead/Recruitment Officer for a phone call or video conference to discuss your background and aspirations. They will also introduce you to Teaminside and the different career paths available with us. At the end of this first step, we can tell you if your integration with Teaminside is feasible.
Step 2: You will have an appointment with a Mission Director to delve deeper into the specific assignment and discuss how well our clients' needs align with your aspirations. At the end of this second step, we can confirm if this mission is the right one to start our collaboration.
Step 3: Direct exchange with our client to definitively validate the perfect match between you and the mission.

Job Description: Paid Social Media and Influence Project Manager
Reporting to the Business Unit Managers, you will pilot Paid Social, Influence, and Community Management activations across an international scope within a dynamic environment.
Paid Social Media
- Define and deploy the Social Media strategy per territory.
- Pilot approximately 60 annual campaigns (planning, sponsorship, creative coordination).
- Brief content and coordinate with agencies.
- Analyze performance and produce reports.
- Conduct competitive intelligence.
Advocacy/Influence
- Develop influence activation strategies per territory.
- Coordinate with local agencies and validate profiles.
- Brief content (paid and seeding).
- Monitor and report on activations.
Community Management
- Coordinate outsourced moderation.
- Update the FAQ and manage sensitive topics.
- Internal relay of specific issues.
Who We Are Looking For
- Solid experience of 4 to 5 years in Paid Social and Influence on an international scope, ideally in the beauty sector (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
- Immediate availability.
- Proficiency with Traackr and Sprinklr.
- Ability to manage a large volume of campaigns with rigor and organization.
- Strong autonomy and ability to evolve without daily supervision.
- Agility to transition between projects at a sustained pace.
- Experience in influence / advocacy is a plus.
- Fluent English is essential (international briefs and coordination).
