About the Role

The Customer Data Analyst role at TealBook is a full time fixed term contract (November 2025 through April 2026). You will be responsible for troubleshooting data issues, providing insights, and ensuring customer data quality, enrichment, and support. Your expertise in SQL, data analytics, and visualization tools will be essential in enabling procurement transformation.

The Impact You Will Have

Data Quality & Data Governance:

  • Ensure scalable customer data quality control processes.
  • Identify opportunities for internal data processing improvements.
  • Track data lineage, troubleshoot uploads, and diagnose issues quickly.
  • Enhance the data literacy and governance by providing inputs to the data dictionary.

Data Enrichment:

  • Evaluate and integrate new data sources.
  • Conduct research to verify company information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Run crowdsourcing projects and audit diversity data reports.

Customer Success Support:

  • Deliver presentations and collaborate with product/technical teams.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with data quality reviews and trend analysis.
  • Monitor adoption trends and address blockers to expand product usage.

Product Support:

  • Summarize data requirements and perform platform testing.
  • Improve reporting integrity and discover new insights.

About You

You must have excellent SQL skills, experience in data analytics/visualization, and a proven track record as a Data Analyst. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Looker, Python, and BigQuery is essential, along with a methodical and organized approach to troubleshooting and data quality management. Experience with ETL concepts, enterprise data management, and a remote working environment will support your success.

Nice to Haves

Experience in the supply chain or procurement domain and familiarity with design thinking.
