What You’ll Do
As a Business Growth & Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate with our growth and business development leaders to craft compelling proposals that tell a story of partnership, possibility, and purpose. You will draft, edit and produce proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other business inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and developing proposal content and case studies
- Managing and refining templates and boilerplate materials
- Formatting documents and presentations using Google Docs, Slides, Canva, or InDesign
- Conducting research on industry trends, prospects, and competitors
- Coordinating cross-team communications and managing deadlines
Ideal Candidate Profile
If you have a strong knack for writing, editing, and proofreading with an eye for detail and a flair for clear communication, this role might be perfect for you. A proactive, self-starting mindset along with experience in creative agencies or working with nonprofits is a plus. Experience with tools like Google Workspace and HubSpot is also valued.
