The Performance Campaigns Team
The Performance Campaigns team is responsible for building the next generation of performance advertising tools within the Teads Ad Manager (TAM). You will play a pivotal role in unifying our performance capabilities, leveraging agentic AI to deliver high-quality outcomes for global enterprise brands and agencies. Enterprise performance is one of the key company focus areas - we’ve seen fast growth in 2025 and we plan to take it even further this year.
Our Business Intelligence Community
We want to empower everyone at Teads to take data-driven decisions. To achieve this, we federate a community of Data Analysts, distributed across our product areas. They infuse a data-driven culture within the entire company by driving proactive product analysis and building self-serve Business Intelligence tools. They also make sure everyone else within their product area is empowered to use these tools or run ad-hoc studies of any kind (business analysis, financial reporting, exec summary, growth analysis, etc.).
What will you do?
As a Senior Data Analyst in the Product department, your goal is to help infuse a data-driven culture at Teads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product BI Development: Proactively drive the adoption of standard key product metrics using Teads BI stack, making them available in self-service with standardized definitions.
- Product Release Assessment: Define, monitor, and report on success and adoption metrics for product releases to key stakeholders.
- Roadmap Influence: Collaborate with Product Managers and own a part of the product roadmap to assess business opportunities and challenges.
- Ad-hoc Studies & Exploration: Build self-serve BI tools and documented business models in collaboration with Software Engineers for ad-hoc studies and data exploration.
- BI Knowledge Sharing: Animate BI rituals (workshops, trainings, demos) and maintain relationships with data enthusiasts within the product area.
Community Responsibilities:
- BI Roadmap Governance: Contribute to a BI roadmap with a unified vision and common objectives.
- Global BI Initiatives: Work on initiatives like standardizing dashboard UI/UX, BI learning, and consolidating a Data Catalog.
- Best Practice Sharing: Define and share BI best practices for cross-board consistency.
- BI Cycle Ownership: Own the complete BI cycle, developing technical skills and ad-tech industry knowledge.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new Data Analysts with documentation and training.

Your Skills And Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Bachelor or Master degree in BI, engineering, or mathematics.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools (warehouse, datamarts, dataviz, etc.).
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SiSense, Qlik, Domo, etc.).
