About The Native Performance Team

The Native Performance team sits at the heart of Teads' advertiser offering. Our mission is to enable performance-focused advertisers to reach their audiences through high-quality native formats — across in-feed, in-article, and banner placements on the open internet. We focus on driving measurable outcomes by combining native ad formats with smart automation, AI-powered optimization, and seamless campaign tooling through the Amplify platform.

The Teads Amplify team is poised to rapidly innovate and use automation to empower customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that will shape how we scale the Amplify platform for native performance advertisers.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an Amplify Product Manager to join the Native Performance team. As a product manager, you will work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help build and scale Amplify's native performance capabilities. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle — from discovery to shipping — and develop deep expertise at the intersection of native advertising, performance marketing, and ad tech.

At Teads, Product and Engineering work as one: "You build it, you run it, you monitor it." We value team spirit, pragmatism, and initiative — and we expect you to have the backbone to think differently and propose bold solutions.

What will you do?

  • Partner with senior PMs and engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver Amplify features for native performance advertisers.
  • Translate advertiser and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
  • Support the Amplify roadmap for the Native Performance team — tracking priorities, dependencies, and milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to AI and automation initiatives within Amplify, such as automatic campaign creation, dynamic setup recommendations, and performance alerts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends in native and performance advertising to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, campaign management, data science, and marketing teams to ensure smooth feature delivery and adoption.
  • Support worldwide rollout of Amplify features, including adoption tracking and measurement of incremental outcomes.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and blameless retrospectives as an active member of the agile squad.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management, software engineering, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • A strong appetite for product, with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions.
  • Understanding of native advertising formats and/or performance marketing concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, native ad networks, campaign management tools).
  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features or automation workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills — able to collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, and business teams.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The backbone to challenge assumptions and propose alternative approaches.
  • Excellent English — spoken and written.

Please submit your CV in English.
