Strategic Planning & Vision
Develop and execute comprehensive global product strategies. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market and VOC research and competitive analysis
- Defining product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establishing pricing strategies considering regional dynamics
Product Development & Management
Create a vision and secure cross-functional support through the product lifecycle. Key tasks are:
- Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Managing product portfolios and strategic decisions
- Overseeing product launches and margin improvements
Market Analysis & Customer Insights
Analyze trends, conduct voice-of-customer research, and monitor product performance metrics globally. Act as a local product expert supporting growth products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to maintain consistent product messaging and coordinate responses to market challenges.
Background & Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred) with 5-8 years of product management experience. Previous exposure to global markets and experience with product management tools, financial analysis, and supply chain processes is essential.
