This position will be part of GLOBAL INFORMATION SOLUTIONS (TEIS), a diverse, global partner to all of TE’s businesses and functions. The TEIS team is comprised of multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Digital, Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, and Application Solutions.

Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst Rotational at TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role, you’ll:

• Support IT project managers in planning, monitoring, and executing projects across business functions.
• Assist in creating project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing bottlenecks and recommending enhancements.
• Collaborate with innovation teams to explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Assist in developing business use cases for AI applications, including workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.
• Support pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to evaluate feasibility and impact of new technologies.
• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing, training materials, and change management efforts.

Qualifications

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED.
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.
