Overview

The EMEA Region Enterprise Risk and Security Leader at TE Connectivity is responsible for leading enterprise risk, business continuity, crisis management, and security strategies across the Europe, Middle East, Africa & India region. The role focuses on protecting people, property, and intellectual assets by implementing risk-based and business-focused mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the formulation of business continuity strategies and objectives.
  • Partner with businesses and functional leaders to implement crisis management plans.
  • Coordinate crisis management response programs including planning, exercises, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage recovery efforts during disasters to minimize impact on people, assets, customers, and reputation.
  • Develop and refine physical security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Direct regional investigations on information and physical security matters.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise risk management programs.
  • Collaborate with risk owners and regional leaders to mitigate risks.
  • Report changes in risk profile to department and business leaders.
  • Work with law enforcement and public agencies to manage catastrophic events.

This role requires a strong management and leadership profile, subject matter expertise in risk and security, and the ability to build trust-based relationships. The candidate must be strategic yet tactical, with excellent communication, critical thinking, and process management skills.
