Overview
The Wealth Learning Designer at TD plays a key role in supporting training initiatives across pan-Wealth journeys and special projects. Reporting to the Manager, Wealth Colleague Experience, this role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning solutions using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions using LMS.
- Create and maintain dynamic SharePoint sites for learning resources.
- Collaborate with change managers and business partners to translate learning needs into content.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories for effective training materials.
- Monitor learning data and feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Design and produce demo videos to support training content.
Skills and Experience
The candidate should have an undergraduate degree with over 5 years of related experience, expertise in adult learning principles, and hands-on experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Webex. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WalkMe, and UX is an advantage. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
