- Establish and implement audit strategies and integrated policies.
- Coordinate resources and manage stakeholder communications.
People & Team Leadership
Provide guidance, coaching and career development while managing performance, compensation decisions, and disciplinary actions.
Strategic & Operational Impact
Deliver key insights for risk assessment, forecast initiatives, and ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and enterprise standards.
