- Lead discussions on the Quarterly Business Review for your product.
- Proactively manage business stakeholders for timely product development inputs.
- Monitor the regulatory environment and partner with senior management on product strategy changes.
- Actively coordinate and engage in risk, quality, and/or business testing management.
- Empowered to make product delivery decisions, escalating to senior management as appropriate.
- Actively communicate product changes and backlog priorities to business, technology, and senior management.
- Serve as the single point of escalation for the development team, providing guidance.
- Work cohesively with peers to reinforce Agile processes.
- Compile performance metrics and share with relevant stakeholders.
- Define OKRs in partnership with numerous organizational stakeholders.
- Protect organizational interests by identifying and managing risks, escalating high-risk activities.
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, aligned with risk appetite.
Key Requirements
This is a key subject matter expert professional role requiring substantial knowledge and expertise in a complex field, with knowledge of broader related areas. You will be accountable for specialized product development support based on sound product expertise and knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, roles, and practices. This role integrates knowledge of the enterprise sub-function’s or business line’s overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations.
