Overview
TD is looking for a KYC Analyst III to provide analytical, research, and assessment support for our enterprise’s KYC programs. This position focuses on complex customers and high visibility cases while ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced KYC reviews and analysis for high-risk customers.
- Maintain KYC files and ensure data is auditor and regulator ready.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct outreach to customers for missing documentation.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
Customer and Team Accountabilities
Maintain confidentiality, manage workload effectively, and collaborate with internal teams. Support team knowledge transfer through training and coaching, while actively adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years in financial services focused on KYC/AML, or 6+ years in related fields.
- Experience in handling complex, high visibility cases is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Mount Laurel, NJ. Candidates should be within a commutable distance for in-office work up to 4 days a week.
