Overview

TD is seeking an Information Security Specialist - Disclosure Programs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role manages security vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programs while ensuring efficient operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for Disclosure Programs at TD.
• Manage day-to-day operations of security vulnerability disclosure program.
• Oversee bug bounty challenges including planning, execution, and financial recommendations.
• Document processes and procedures for program activities.
• Coordinate responses to escalated security incidents.
• Execute and/or coordinate threat hunting activities.
• Improve and automate existing processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience managing security disclosure and bug bounty programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in application security, secure development, or penetration testing.
• Advanced penetration testing experience and threat modelling applications experience.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT.
• 7+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
