Executive Administrative Assistant
TD Securities (TDS) is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-level support to a Global Compliance executive. What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support.
- Own and manage the Senior Vice President's calendar, creatively troubleshooting conflicts.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the executive, including re-scheduling for delays and meetings.
- Process team expenses and manage onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Assist in coordinating in-office or virtual meetings, townhalls, and offsite events.
- Provide administrative project support, producing high-quality reports and presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and apply due diligence in all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:
