Role Description

This program offers comprehensive knowledge in technical, financial, and interpersonal areas through enhanced coaching, training, and in-branch sessions. Advisors will guide clients in customizing wealth management and investment strategies, portfolio construction, and risk management while developing a business plan focused on growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a client base of HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Develop comprehensive wealth management and investment strategies.
  • Recommend portfolio construction and risk management actions.
  • Implement sales strategies to attract, acquire, and retain clients.
  • Collaborate with TD Partners for goal-based wealth advice.
  • Manage risks and comply with ethical and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics or a related discipline. They must be a Registered Representative with CIRO and preferably hold designations such as CFP, CIM and/or CFA. A minimum of 3 years of client-facing and sales experience is required, with strong knowledge of the investment landscape.
