Overview
TD is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at TD Canada Trust. You will process financial transactions, assist customers with banking solutions, and contribute to a positive branch environment in Brampton, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary.
- Promote TD banking products and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
- Participate in personal performance development and team updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
