Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Associate at TD, you will process financial transactions accurately and deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions. This role places emphasis on maintaining excellent service standards and operational accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments following TD procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Respond to customer concerns and escalate non-standard issues.
- Promote products and services to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Assist in team activities and maintain effective communication.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience; undergraduate degree is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
