Job Description
Job Accountabilities
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will manage risk through prompt removal of access for termination requests and support customers by prioritizing and actioning access tickets to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA). This role involves resolving access investigations/escalations, escalating complex policy issues to management, and communicating effectively with partners across the organization to quickly resolve issues and highlight process gaps.
You will be expected to stay current on emerging trends and grow your knowledge of the business, related tools, and processes. Active participation in personal performance management and development, including coaching, training, and business initiatives, is key. Keeping others informed about project status and day-to-day activities, contributing to team success by assisting others, and providing training/guidance as appropriate are also part of your responsibilities.
The Business Systems Analyst will contribute to a fair, positive, professional, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce, acting as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and externally. You will contribute to achieving business objectives by actively managing access risks, identifying and implementing continuous process/performance improvements. This includes reinforcing Role Based Access provisioning by ensuring access requests match the Role Entitlement Map (REM) or have proper approvals if outside of REM, ensuring accurate attestation (Diamond) in line with the business' REM, and adhering to Bank operational policies/procedures, audit guidelines, regulatory/legislative requirements, code of conduct, including Enterprise Protect guidelines.
